Leaders of the Social Credit Party have finally announced a ban on the publication of anti-Semitic articles in the organization’s official organ, following conferences with Joseph E. Fine, chairman of the public relations committee of the Canadian Jewish Congress.

In addition to the ban, party leaders forced the resignation of the editer and assistant editor of the publication, “Social Creditor.” Chiefly affected by the new policy will be Norman Jaques, Social Credit Member of Parliament, who has been using the magazine as one of his platforms for anti-Semitic propaganda.

The “Basic Book Club,” organized early in 1947 in Edmonton, has just offered its members a new edition of the “Protocols of Zion.” The club is also circularizing a book entitled “The World Food Shortage – A Communist-Zionist Plot.”
