Dr. Abba Hillel Silver today left for Palestine where he will participate in the meeting of the Zionist Actions Committee which opens in Jerusalem on Feb. 8, to deal with problems arising out of the partition decision of the United Nations. The Actions Committee will also decide the date and the place of the forthcoming World Zionist Congress.
