Levinthal, U.S. adviser on Jewish affairs to the American Military Governor of Germany; Herbert H. Lehman, former Governor of New York and Director-General of UNRRA, who is a JDC vice-chairman; and Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, chairman of the JDC European Executive Council, who recently arrived in New York from his post in Paris.
