A citation for his work as Advisor on Jewish Affairs to the U.S. Army in Germany and Austria was presented yesterday to Judge Louis E. Levinthal by District No. 1 and the Metropolitan Council of B’nai B’rith. The presentation, which took place at the group’s annual covenant breakfast, was made by Frank Goldman, national president of B’nai B’rith. Judge Levinthal resigned from his post in Germany last month.
