Haganah leaders here have ordered all Jewish refugees under training in Austria to be prepared to proceed to Palestine immediately for service in the fighting against Arab followers of the Mufti.
The first contingent, numbering 100 men, has already left for Palestine and proximately 1,000 more have been alerted for movement. Competent sources here explained that increased trouble is expected in Palestine in the spring and the Haganah ?ants all available trained men on the scene as soon as possible.
Young Jewish refugees in Austria are given basic military training without ##s. Final training, including the use of weapons, is given the men when they reach Palestine.
