Dr. Abram L. Sachar, who served for 15 years as director of the B’nai B’rith Hillel Foundations, was honored at a dinner here last night sponsored by the Metropolitan Council of B’nai B’rith. Dr. Sachar, who resigned from his post at the end of last year, will devote himself to lecturing and writing. Speakers at the dinner included Frank Goldman, national president of B’nai B’rith.
