Louis J. Moss, who served as president of the United Synagogue of America from 1931 to 1944, died here last night at the age of 64. Born in Hungary, he was brought to the United State at three. He had served on the executive committee of the American Jewish Committee and on the administrative committee of the United Palestine Appeal.
