Czechoslovak Constitution Guarantees Freedom of Religion; Makes Anti-semitism Illegal

The draft of the new Czechoslovak constitution, ##ch is scheduled to be submitted to the parliament this week will guarantee freedom conscience and religion and places all religions on an equal basis, it was learned #### today.

An important new provision in the constitution is the prohibition on dis##nating Nazi and fascist propaganda in any form, as well as racial intolerance national chauvinism. Previously, the law only prohibited and punished persons publicly incited racial violence. The new constitution makes any demonstration anti-Semitism a criminal offense.
