Laszlo Kraseznay, former Gestapo chief in the Transylvanian town Simleu Silvaniei, who vas tried on charges of Inflicting inhuman treatment on a group of 8,500 Jews confined in the town’s ghetto, was sentenced to life imprisonment today.
