The Canadian “Aid-to-Israel” campaign to support the Jewish state with funds and materials was officially launched here today by Harry Batshaw, national chairman, who expressed the hope that shipments of Israel-bound cargoes would be leaving Canadian ports before July, The question of chartering a special vessel for the purpose is at present under study, he added.
