The Israeli Government is not conducting any negotiations with the United States for a loan, it was stated in government circles here today.

Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry announced that the government import policy will bring foodstuffs and raw materials into the country ahead of other products. The countries from which these products will be purchased will be selected not only from point of view of ease of delivery, but also on the basis of the trade balance existing between Israel and the supplying nation, he added.
