The decision in the habeas corpus proceedings brought by Peter Bergson, chairman of the American Hebrew Committee of National Liberation, and four other detained Irgunists, will be announced next Tuesday, it was reported today by the court. The four postponed until then a protest hunger strike scheduled for today.
