Ten young Israeli men and women will embark on a special tour of the United States on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal, it was announced over the week-end by Henry Morgenthau Jr., general chairman. The group is expected this week from Tel Aviv. Premier David Ben Gurion granted special permission to the ten Israelis–five men and five women — to take a temporary leave from the Army to make the U.J.A. tour.
