Yiddish language and literature courses will be introduced in all Rumanian schools whose enrollment contains 20 percent or more Jewish students, a Jewish Democratic Committee spokesman revealed today.

Jewish history as such will not be offered, however, the spokesman said, explaining that Jewish subject matter will be included in the general history courses which will be offered. The spokesman added that all schools with a large percentage of Jewish students will be permitted to offer instruction in Yiddish if the students so desire.
