Alfred Leech, one of the three Britons who was charged with espionage and released for insufficient evidence by an Israeli court, revealed in an interview here today that he had been repatriated to England against his will. The trial of the two others who wore not released will open in Jerusalem Wednesday.
Leech stated that he had wanted to go to Jerusalem after his release by the Israeli authorities. However, he said, the British vice-consul in Haifa had him flown to Cyprus two days after he was freed.
