Israel Jacobson, Joint Distribution Committee representative for Hungary, was decorated today with the Hungarian Order of the Commander Cross in recognition of the J.D.C.’s relief work. The decoration was presented to Jacobson by Karoly Olt, Minister of Welfare, in the name of President Arpad Szakasits.
