The trial of two Britons charged with collecting and passing on to the Arabs information concerning Israeli troop movements in Jerusalem was today adjourned for the second time in two days when one of the Judges trying the case collapsed of a heart attack and died. The judge was Dr. Gad Stultz, 45. The trial will be resumed Monday after a new court is named.
Earlier, the court granted a defense motion to try one of the defendants, Frederick Sylvester, separately on a charge of being involved in the Ben Yehuda Street explosion in Jerusalem in which more than 50 Jews died earlier this year.
