Documents telling the tragic history of the Jews in Nazi Germany are being shown here at an exhibition entitled “The Other Germany,” which opened today at the former palace of the Reichpresident, the residence of German presidents.

The exhibit also depicts the activities of a Jewish resistance group in Germany which, in 1942, under the leadership of one Herbert Baum, blew up a Nazi exhibit, for which 50 members of the group were executed? A special room of honor contains portraits of prominent Nazi victims, mostly Jews, who perished in the Oswiecim and Sachsenhausen camps.
