18 Germans Get Prison Terms for Participation in Pogrom of November. 1938

During a trial of 24 Germans charged with participation in a pogrom on Nov. 10, 1938, the German prosecutor demanded that the defendants he guilty of “crimes against humanity.” The local German court acquitted six of the 24, sentencing the others to various terms up to three years.
