Adolph Kates, prominent Jewish communal leader and business man, was decorated today with the “Order of the Queen” by the Belgian Government.
The decoration was bestowed on. Kates in appreciation of his services in behalf of Belgium during the war as well as for his efforts to strengthen trade relations between Cuba and Belgium.
