Circles close to Governor Thomas E. Dewey, Republican Presidential candidate, said today that John Foster Dulles, member of the American delegation at the United Nations who is likely to become Secretary of State if Dewey is elected President, is continuing to disassociate himself from the Israel policy pursued by Secretary Marshall at the United Nations sessions in Paris.
