Berl Locker, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive in Jerusalem, left Israel today by plane for New York to discuss with members of the American section of the Agency the present conflict in the United Palestine Appeal.

It was learned today that at the joint meeting of the Jewish Agency executive and the Israeli Cabinet in Jerusalem last week David Bon Gurion, Israeli Premier, and Eliezer Kaplan, Finance Minister, categorically stated that they advised Henry Morgenthau, Jr., general chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, that they strongly oppose the creation of a separate fund for Israel in the United States.
