The fourth plenary session of the OSE Central Committee opened here today with OSE officials from 20 countries, including Israel and North Africa, in attendance. Prof. Eugene Minkowski is serving as chairman of the conference, which will continue all week.
At the opening session, greetings to the conference delegates were received from Emile Najar, in behalf of the Israeli Government, Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, European chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee, William H. Tuck, director of the International Refugee Committee, and others.
