Marseilles, Dock Workers Refuse to Load Arms Cargo on Lebanon-bound Greek Ship

French deck workers here refused today to load the Greek steamer, S.S. Ionia, with 75 guns destined for Lebanon. The cargo is to be delivered to Lebanon by the French Government under a contract concluded with Beirut before the outbreak of hostilities in Palestine.
