Rep. Isadore Dollinger, New York Democrat, today introduced two bills that would make it illegal to use Federal funds to assist schools or housing projects that discriminate against individuals because of race, religion, color, ancestry or national origin.

He also introduced a bill to deny American economic aid to any country branded as an “aggressor” either by the United Nations or by the President of the United States. Rep. Dollinger told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that this bill could be applied to the British Government in connection with her actions in Palestine.
