A retraining and cooperative organizing bureau has been opened by the Jewish community here to offer vocational guidance and retraining for Jews who wish to change their occupations to conform to the needs of the changing Hungarian economy. The bureau, called Mizrat, which was organized by the Central Board of the Jewish Committee, the Orthodox Central Board and the local office of the Joint Distribution Committee, will attempt to popularize the idea of cooperatives.
