The general-secretary of the Zionist Federation Hungary today denied a report published in a New York newspaper to the effect that the Hungarian Government had dissolved the Zionist Organization here. The report emanated from Vienna.
Dr. Joseph Schwartz, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, arrived here today. He will consult with local Jewish leaders and members of the ?.D.C staff on the relief and rehabilitation needs of Hungarian Jewry.
