The second annual art exhibition by Jewish refugee artists in Italy opened here last night under the auspices of the Joint Distribution Committee. Among those who attended the opening were Israeli Consul-General Arieh Oren, Louis Horwitz, J.D.C. director for Italy, and Raffaele Cantoni, president of the Union of Italian Jewish Communities.
