Philip Houtz of New York has been named executive director of the National Jewish Hospital at Denver and secretary of its board of trustees, it was announced here yesterday by Milton Anfenger, the hospitals president. For eleven years director of the hospital’s local office, Houtz will assume his new posts in Denver on July 1.
