A Prague dispatch received here today reported that Dr. Rudolf Bystricky, a Jew and head of the economic department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been appointed Czechoslovak Ambassador to Britain.Bystricky, whese former name was Weichherz, comes from a well-known Zionist family in Banska Bystrica, it was revealed here.
