Mrs. Joseph M. Welt, president of the National Council of Jewish Women, was elected president of the International Council of Jewish Women, which ended its four-day meeting here yesterday, Mrs. Elsie Elfenbein, first executive director of the national council, was elected secretary-treasurer by the delegates in Paris. The officers of the international organization will serve three-year terms of office.
