Mrs. Dvorah Rabinowitz, president of the Mizrachi Women’s Organization of America, revealed at a press conference here today that her organization plans to expand its present educational programs in Israel for orphaned immigrant girls. An educational center accommodating 150 girls will be established in Jaffa shortly, she said.
