Judah Wattenberg, executive director of the American Technion Society, left today by plane for Israel where he will complete arrangements for an address to be delivered at the Haifa Technion the latter part of this month by Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas. Justice Douglas will address a convocation of scientists and educators gathered at the invitation of Israel’s only institute of technology to discuss recent technological developments and their impact on the social sciences.
