What may be the last transport of Jewish immigrants from Yugoslavia arrived at Haifa today. It consisted of 1,020 Yugoslav Jews who were transported on the ship Radenik. Another ship arrived today carrying 320 Jewish immigrants from Turkey.
The Hadassah today opened a tourist center here at a ceremony attended by local leaders, Hadassah officials and prominent American tourists. The organization plans to turn the center into an information bureau for American tourists.
