New York Attorney Lectures on U.S. Courts Before Law Faculty of Hebrew University

A lecture on how American courts enforce foreign confiscatory decrees was delivered here before the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University by Harry Torczyner, New York attorney and prominent Zionist leader, who is now visiting Israel. Among those who attended the lecture were Israeli Chief Justice Moshe Smoira, Justice Alsham Duneklblum, Prof. Selig Brodetsky, president of the University, and Professors Norman Bentwich and N. Feinberg.
