The fourth trade agreement to be signed between Israel and a foreign state was scheduled to be concluded here today, when Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett, representing the Tel Aviv government, and Leon Murdach, on behalf of the Finnish Government, affix their signatures to a commercial pact which will then be forwarded to Heleinki for formal approval. Israel has already concluded trade agreements with Poland, Hungary and the Netherlands.
