Yiddish writers throughout the world will be represented at the conference of the International P.E.N. Club which opens in Venice Sept. 10 by Jacob Glatstein, well-known American Yiddish poet and essayist, and Israel Efroykin, essayist, now living in Paris. Mr. Glatstein left today for Paris en route to Venice.
