U.S. National Commission for UNESCO Asks Senate Ratification of Genocide Convention

The United States National Commission for UNESCO has adopted a resolution urging the Senate to ratify the U.N. convention on genocide, a spokesman for the State Department announced here today.

It was also revealed that the B’nai B’rith has been added to the body of 100 organizations which have been designated to advise the U.S. National Commission for UNESCO for the coming year.
