Composition of the central committee of the World Mizrachi Organization was announced here today. Leon Gellman, of the United States, was elected chairman while Daniel Sirkis and A. Kestenbaum were named treasurers. Mr. Kestenbaum represents Hapoel Hamizrachi.
At the same time, the committee announced that it is instituting far-reaching budget outs. The information and propaganda services as well as the religious training, Youth Aliyah and agricultural programs of the Mizrachi will be eliminated.
