U.N. Looks for New Representative for Jerusalem; Fernandez May Have to Remain in N.Y.

Members of the United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine were today discussing the names of new candidates for the post of U.N. representative for Jerusalem.

It was expected here that Dr. Alberto Gonzales Fernandez who was appointed U.N. envoy for Jerusalem by the Conciliation Commission will not assume the post. He is sable to leave New York because of the illness of his wife.
