William Borberg, permanent representative of Denmark to the United Nations, yesterday signed in behalf of his government the U.N. convention to prevent and outlaw genocide. Denmark thus became the 29th nation to sign the convention. The document will come into effect when 20 nations ratify it only four have ratified it as yet.
