The annual Distinguished Service Award of the Upper New York State Council of B’nai B’rith for “outstanding Americanism and activity in civic affairs” was presented this week-end to Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, at her home here, by Frank Goldman, international president of B’nai B’rith.
