Bernard M. Baruch revealed last night that he plans to will his entire estate to the promotion of physical medicine and rehabilitation. A principal supporter of the Baruch Committee on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mr. Baruch has also been a leading sponsor of New York University’s present rehabilitation center. The Baruch Committee on Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was formed in 1944 with a $1,100,000 gift from Mr. Baruch.
