The Israel Cabinet met today to hear a detailed report on relations between Israel and the Soviet Government submitted by Mordecal Namir, Israel Minister at Moscow. Mr. Namir is returning to his post at the end of this week.
Brig. Yaacov Dori, former chief of staff of the Israel Army, sailed from Haifa for Switzerland yesterday aboard the steamer Kedmah. Among those who bade him farewell at a party aboard the ship were Col. Yigal Yadin, the new chief of staff, and senior officers of the Israel army, navy and air forces.
