Delegates from 11 states attending a three-day convention here of Masada, youth affiliate of the Zionist Organization of America, adopted a program calling for integration of the organization within the Z.O.A. and conversion of Masada branches into “Young Zionist Districts” having the same status as other Z.O.A. districts.
