All Jews in Poland who filed applications for exit visas prior to Sept. 30 with a view to proceeding to Israel will receive such permits by the end of this year, a government spokesman announced today.

The second special train carrying Israel–bound emigrants is scheduled to leave Dec. 15 for an Italian port. The number of Jews who will leave at that time has not yet been fixed, but it is expected that the total will be about the same as the first transport of 268 persons.
