Severe criticism of the decision of the U.N. General Assembly to place Jerusalem under international trusteeship was voiced in the Uruguayan Senate here today by Senator Dr. Paise Rezses.
The Senator said that the decision of the Israel Government to transfer its offices to Jerusalem is fully justified. He expressed satisfaction with the attitude taken by the Uruguayan delegation to the U.N., which strongly opposed the resolution to internationalize the Holy City.
