An Israel delegation spokesman declared here last night that the Jewish state would cooperate fully with United Nations plans for a world survey of forced labor. A letter to this effect has been sent to U.N. Secretary-General Trygve Lie, the spokesman said.
Emphasizing that “there is of course no forced labor” in the new state, the spokesman declared that the Israel Government was ready to communicate to the United Nations all the laws and regulations on forced labor and all statistical material on the subject available in Tel Aviv.
