Israel Ambassador Eliahu Elath yesterday confirmed Israel’s acceptance of the constitution of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization at a ceremony here in which he signed formal documents. N.E.Dodd, director-general of the F.A.O., welcomed Israel.
