Rededication of Plum Street Temple here took place yesterday in ceremonies recalling the erection of the Reform synagogue in 1866 by Rabbi Isaac Mayer Wise, founder of the American Reform movement. The Plum Street Temple is the downtown edifice of the Isaac Mayer Wise Temple Congregation
